Location: Milton Keynes / Bristol / Hybrid
Reporting to: Sales Support Manager
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Mon to Fri, 9am-5.30pm

Experience:

1 year’s experience in a Sales Support role.

Previous exposure to the hospitality Industry.
-
CFSP (Certified Foodservice Professional) is preferable but not essential.
Summary
The sales support team offers United UK customers and our sales team before- and after-care from purchase to delivery.
The role involves managing all business inquiries to ensure a seamless and professional customer experience. By efficiently resolving issues and overseeing back-office operations, this position enables the sales team to remain focused on driving sales.

Main Responsibilities

Supporting external sales team

Managing inbound and outbound calls, product quotes, orders, issue resolution and general account management.

Liaising with customers and suppliers, building relationships

Building collaborative relationships across all teams within United UK.

Evolving knowledge of the Hospitality Supplies Industry

Assisting with new product development,

Managing and coordinating customer's new site openings
Skills and Qualifications

Team player, be professional, and do the right thing by having a duty of care to our customers and your colleagues.

Confident communicator with excellent listening and telephone skills.

Ability to prioritise work and have good problem-solving skills.

Ability to use Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
