Summary: The sales support team offers United customers, and Sales team, before and after care from purchase to delivery. The role involves managing all business inquiries to ensure a seamless and professional customer experience. By efficiently resolving issues and overseeing back-office operations, this position enables the sales team to remain focused on driving sales Offering amazing service/support is part of our company core values and ensures customer loyalty through a great customer experience. Experience: 1 years’ experience in a Sales Support role. Previous exposure to hospitality Industry. CFSP (Certified Foodservice Professional) is preferable but not essential.
